الملخص
The philosophy of integration adopted by the Third French Republic, which was announced on the fourth September 1870, in its political and cultural principles on the ideology of the historical responsibility of France preparation of backward peoples. The application of this theory calls for the dissemination of French language and knowledge among peoples The colony, which it sees as lagging behind the Algerians, was the key to achieving this The question is whether the role of the third French Republic in Algeria was to publish civilization ? Which in turn is linked to the development of the educational method of Algerians on different stages? What type of program is offered? Was its logical content seeking to form the individual to reach sophistication? What are the fate of learners? Have they been prepared?
