Résumé

En droit médical, l’obligation d’information du patient doit être détaillée quant aux risques susceptibles de se produire afin de lui permettre de donner un consentement pleinement éclairé à cet acte. En droit médical la preuve peut être faite par tous moyens et le médecin doit donner des soins consciencieux et diligents conformes aux données acquises de la science. In medical law, the obligation to inform the patient must be detailed as to the risks likely to occur in order to allow him to give a fully informed consent to this act.In medical law the proof can be made by any means and the doctor must give conscientious and diligent care in accordance with the acquired data of science. في القانون الطبي، يجب أن يكون الالتزام بإبلاغ المريض مفصلاً فيما يتعلق بالمخاطر التي يحتمل حدوثها من أجل تمكينه من إعطاء موافقة مستنيرة كاملة على هذا الفعل. في القانون الطبي، يمكن تقديم الدليل بأي وسيلة ويجب على الطبيب تقديم العناية الواجبة والاجتهاد وفقًا للبيانات العلمية المكتسبة.
