الملخص
عقد المقاولة من العقود المسماة التي وردت أحكامها في القانون المدني الجزائري، حيث نصّ المشرع الجزائري على القواعد القانونية التي تحكمها من نشأتها إلى انقضائها، ومن خلال هذه الورقة البحثية سنعالج طرق انقضاء هذا العقد. تعددت الأسباب التي تنقضي بها عقد المقاولة، فمنها ما يرجع للأسباب عامة وفقا لما تقتضيه القواعد العامة في انقضاء كافة العقود. وهناك ما يرجع لأسباب خاصة كتحلل رب العمل بإرادته المنفردة وفقا لشروط، أو بموت المقاول متى كانت شخصية المقاول محل اعتبار، وهذا خروجا عن القواعد العامة في انقضاء العقود. The contract of contracting is one of the named contracts whose provisions are mentioned in the Algerian civil law, whereby the Algerian legislator has stipulated the legal rules that govern it from its inception to its expiration, and through this research paper we will address the methods of termination of this contract. The reasons for the termination of the contracting contract varied, some of them are due to general reasons in accordance with the requirements of general rules in the expiration of all contracts. There is something due to special reasons, such as the dissolution of the employer of his own will according to conditions, or the death of the contractor whenever the personality of the contractor is considered, and this is a departure from the general rules in the expiration of contracts
