الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى فهم التغيرات الحاصلة في العلاقات الدولية لإعادة تشكيل النظام الدولي الجديد من خلال المؤشرات والاتجاهات في مرحلة معينة، والتي شهدت عدة أزمات وصراعات، وتبرز أهمية الدراسة كونها تبحث في تفاعلات الفاعلين الدوليين في بيئة النظام الدولي، وصولاً إلى متغيرات أبعاد وملامح مرحلة جديدة اعتمدت الدراسة على مستويات البحث العلمي والاقتراب النسق الدولي الذي يعتمد على تفسير لطبيعة النظام الدولي وعدد الفاعلين وعلاقة التفاعل، قد تعكس درجة الاستقرار أو احتمالات الحرب أو الصراعات في ظل توظيف الفاعلين للقوة في العلاقات الدولية، التي أدت إلى تراجعت الأحادية القطبية لتهيئة الساحة الدولية لبروز نظام متعدد الأقطاب الذي يساهم في استقرار النظام العالمي بشكل كبير. The The study aims to understand the changes taking place in international relations to reshape the new international system through indicators and trends at a certain stage, which witnessed several crises and conflicts. The study on the levels of scientific research and the approach of the international system, which depends on an explanation of the nature of the international system, the number of actors and the relationship of interaction, may reflect the degree of stability of the possibilities of war or conflicts in light of the actors’ use of force in international relations, which led to the decline of unipolarity to prepare the international arena for the emergence of a multi-system Poles, which contributes to the stability of the global system significantly.
