الملخص
Documentaries programs occupy a major position in the international channels, they are as important as the other popular programs such as talks show; drama and reality television, it can be more effective and their impact may sometimes be more important than the other programs. Many of the documentaries achieved success in the West, although their duration did not exceed a few hours on the screen and attracted the interest of people for a long time but this presence and impact is absent in the Arab satellite TV channels. This study attempts to highlight the reality of documentary production in Arab channels and the obstacles that prevention their development.
