الملخص

This study aims to know the strategy of human resources management, adopted in Sonalgaz organization; starting from the great importance of human resource as a capital invested in it, on the one hand, and by adopting the strategic approach in organization management, through its mission, via short and long-term planning to manage its resources; from planning, attracting, training…etc in the other hand. The study concluded: - The achievement of the first hypothesis; which states“the adoption of a strategy to provide the needs of the organization” ; (planning, attraction, and selection of human resources in Sonalgaz organization.) - The achievement of the second hypothesis, which provides for the adoption of a training strategy in Sonalgaz organization;
