الملخص

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن ماهية العملية الاتصالية داخل الصف وذلك بالوقوف على دور المعلم ومدى كفاءته ومهارته في الكشف عن الموهوبين والعمل على صقل موهبتهم ورعايتها بالتوجيه. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 109 مبحوث من كلا الجنسين، تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لأنه يسمح بوصف مختلف الممارسات والتفاعلات والعلاقات الاتصالية، التي تحدث في النسق الصفي، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن مهارة وكفاءة المعلم وقدراته على تفعيل عملية الاتصال، وذلك بخلق جو تعلمي ديمقراطي يسوده الحوار والتحفيز والدعم، خاصة في ظل بيداغوجيا الكفاءات التي يكون فيها المتعلم هو محور العملية التعليمية يشكل أنجع أساليب للكشف عن الموهوبين، لذلك يتعين على العاملين في الحقل التربوي أخذ بعين الاعتبار مكانة الاتصال والمهارات التي يتضمنها ودوره في تحقيق تفاعل إيجابي داخل حجرة الصف. Abstract: This study aims to discover the nature of the communication process within the classroom which by examining the role of the teacher and the extent of his competence and skill in detecting the talented ones and working on refining their talent and nurturing it with guidance. the study had concluded that the skill and competence of the teacher as well his abilities to activate the communication process and that by creating a democratic learning climate dominated by dialogue, motivation and support especially in shade of pedagogy of competencies, in which the learner is the main focus of the educational process, it is the most effective way to identify skillful students, Therefore, workers in the educational field must take into account the status of communication and the skills it contains besides its role in achieving positive interaction in the classroom
