الملخص

ملخص: أجريت الدراسة الحالية بهدف التعرف على العلاقة بين مركز الضبط والصلابة النفسية لدى عينة قوامها ( 300) طالب وطالبة من كلية الطب ( داخليين ) بوهران ، وقد استخدمت الباحثة مقياس (Rotter) للضبط الداخلي و الخارجي من إعداد (علاء الدين كفافي ،1982) ومقياس الصلابة النفسية من إعداد (عماد محمد أحمد مخيمر، 2002)، كما اعتمد المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة . أسفرت نتائج البحث على وجود علاقة إرتباطية بين مركز الضبط والصلابة النفسية، وفيما يتعلق بالفروق في النوع (ذكور، إناث) فقد توصلت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق بين الطلبة في مركز الضبط والصلابة النفسية. وختمت الدراسة بتوصيات واقتراحات بحثية . كلمات مفتاحية: مركز الضبط ؛ والصلابة النفسية ؛ طلبة كلية الطب. Abstract: The current study identifying the relationship between the Center for Control and Psychological Rigidity in a sample of 300 students from the Faculty of Medicine of Oran, and the researcher used the scale (Rotter) for external internal control prepared by (Aladdin Kafafi 1982) and the measure of psychological rigidity prepared by (Imad Mohamed Ahmed Mukhaimer, 2002), ), and the descriptive approach, and The results resulted in a correlation between the Center of Control and Psychological Rigidity, and The results resulted in not gender differences in the center of psychological control and rigidity.
