الملخص

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has participated thanks to its different techniques in making core changes in public administration, which lead to the transformation of all the traditional administrative services into electronic administrative services. Due to the many advantages of this shift especially the restoration of the citizen’s trust in public administration and in state institutions in general, the facilitation of getting the public service and the improvement of its quality, reducing the fees and getting rid of the different types of corruption, a lot of countries regardless of the degree of their contribution have tried to apply it, this was noticed during our short period of studying some of the Electronic administration landmarks and to what extent it has contributed in bettering the public service in some public service institutions in the United States of America; the pioneer in the domain of Information and Communication Technology.
