قياس مستوى اتجاهات المراهقين نحو ممارسة أنشطة الترويح الرياضي

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى اتجاهات المراهقين نحو ممارسة أنشطة الترويح الرياضي، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالدراسة المسحية، وشملت العينة (210) تلميذا وتلميذة من المرحلة الثانوية بولاية تيارت، وطبق الباحث مقياس اتجاهات المراهقين نحو ممارسة أنشطة الترويح الرياضي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى اتجاهات المراهقين نحو ممارسة أنشطة الترويح الرياضي كان بدرجة متوسطة، وأنه توجد فروق في مستوى اتجاهات المراهقين نحو ممارسة أنشطة الترويح الرياضي في الأبعاد (الترويح كقيمة ثقافية رياضية، الترويح الرياضي كقيمة معرفية، الترويح الرياضي لإكساب اللياقة والصحة) ولا توجد فروق في بعدي (الترويح الرياضي كقيمة اجتماعية، الترويح الرياضي كقيمة انفعالية) باختلاف الجنس. وأوصى الباحث بضرورة إثراء الدور الذي تقوم به المؤسسات التربوية في توفير العديد من الأنشطة الترويحية المختلفة التي تتلاءم مع تلاميذ المدارس في جميع المراحل عامه والمرحلة الثانوية خاصة . - الكلمات المفتاحية: (اتجاه، ترويح، ترويح رياضي، مراهق). The study aimed to identify the level of adolescents ’attitudes towards practicing sports recreation activities. The researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey study. The sample included (210) male and female students from the secondary school stage in the state of Tiaret, and the researcher applied a measure of adolescents’ attitudes towards practicing sports recreation activities. The study found that the level of adolescents ’attitudes towards practicing sports recreation activities was of a moderate degree, and that there were differences in the level of adolescents’ attitudes towards practicing sports recreation activities in the dimensions (recreation as a sporting cultural value, sports recreation as a cognitive value, sports recreation to gain fitness and health) and there were no differences. In my dimension (sports recreation as a social value, sports recreation as an emotional value), with different gender. The researcher recommended the necessity of enriching the role that educational institutions play in providing many different recreational activities that are suitable for school pupils in all stages in general and the secondary stage in particular. -Key words: (direction, recreation, sports recreation, teenager).
