التجربة الديمقراطية في تونس بين الفرص والتحديات (2014-2020)

الملخص
تروم الورقة البحثية تقييم عملية الانتقال الديمقراطي في تونس والبحث في مدى تأثر التجربة الديمقراطية التونسية بالمعوقات الداخلية والخارجية. حيث تفترض الدراسة أنه كلما زاد تدخل العامل الخارجي كلما زاد احتمال انتكاسة الدمقرطة. وعليه تهدف الدراسة إلى رصد أهم انجازات مسار الانتقال الديمقراطي، والكشف عن التحديات والعقبات التي حالت دون وصول تونس إلى مرحلة الترسيخ الديمقراطي. وبالاعتماد على الدراسة التحليلية تم الوصول إلى نتيجة مفادها أن تونس قد استوفت في بادئ الأمر كل متطلبات التحول الديمقراطي، بيد أن المسار الديمقراطي قد تعرض للانحراف بعد دخول البلاد في دوامة الاستقطاب السياسي وعودة ثقافة الاقصاء لدى بعض الأحزاب السياسية، وتعرض البلاد لموجة الثورة المضادة بقيادة القوى الخارجية. The study aims to evaluate the process of democratic transition in Tunisia and to investigate the extent to which the Tunisian democratic experience was affected by internal and external obstacles. Where the study assumes that the more the external factor intervenes, the more democratization will relapse. Accordingly, the study aims to monitor the most important achievements of the democratic transition path, and to reveal the most important challenges and obstacles that prevented Tunisia from reaching the stage of democratic consolidation. Based on the analytical study, it was concluded that Tunisia had initially met all the requirements of democratic transition, but the democratic process had deviated due to political polarization and the return of the culture of exclusion among some political parties, and the country’s exposure to a wave of counter-revolution led by external forces.
