الملخص
The delicate and delicate tasks carried out by the National People's Army today, which are constitutionally vested in it, are essentially ensuring Algeria's sovereignty, preserving its national independence, consolidating its stability and preserving the welfare of its citizens. The study also aims to shed light on the legal texts dealing with the crisis and the disaster, which were followed by riots, looting and theft of the affected places. Through this study we can reach the conclusion: the role of the National People's Army forces to cope with the crisis or disaster through their humanitarian intervention.
