الهجرة غير الشرعية في الجزائر: دراسة في تداعيات الظاهرة وآليات المكافحة

الملخص
تعد الهجرة غير الشرعية من القضايا التي تهدد أمن وسلامة الشعوب والدول منها الجزائر التي تعتبر من الدول المعنية بالظاهرة لما تشكله من آثار سلبية كبيرة وأبعاد أمنية على كافة المجالات وإستنادا إلى مختلف تقارير الجهات المختصة لرصد الظاهرة والتي تفيد بأن هناك الآلاف من المهاجرين يتدفقون على الحدود الجزائرية ثم المرور نحو الدول الأخرى بحثا عن العمل والإستقرار، وتوصلت الدراسة أن ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية تعد من التحديات الكبيرة على الجزائر وتتمثل آليات مكافحتها في التعاون بين مختلف الأجهزة الأمنية الجزائرية، بالإضافة للتعاون المستمر بين الجزائر والدول والمنظمات الدولية لحصر الظاهرة. Illegal immigration is one of the issues that threaten the security and safety of peoples and countries, including Algeria, which is considered one of the countries concerned with the phenomenon because of the great negative effects it poses and security dimensions in all fields, and based on the various reports of the competent authorities to monitor the phenomenon, which states that there are thousands of immigrants flocking to the Algerian borders Then passing to other countries in search of work and stability, and the study concluded that the phenomenon of illegal immigration is one of the great challenges for Algeria, and the mechanisms to combat it are represented in cooperation between the various Algerian security services, in addition to the continuous cooperation between Algeria and countries and international organizations to limit the phenomenon
