إعادة الصلاة في الوقت عند المالكية

الملخص
المطالع لكتب المذهب وخاصة "المختصر النافع" للعلامة خليل بن إسحاق وشروحه، يلاحظ فروعا في باب الصلاة أفتى فيها الإمام مالك بن أنس رحمه الله وتلاميذه، ومنهم تلميذه وحافظ مذهبه عبد الرحمن بن القاسم، بالإعادة في الوقت. وقد سار شراح مختصر خليل في غالبهم على طريقة صاحب المختصر، فكان هدفهم تقريب المذهب وتوضيحه دون التعرض للتدليل والتعليل. هذا المقال محاولة لجمع هذه الفروع وردها إلى أصولها على ما بينه أهل العلم والتحقيق والاستنباط من علماء المذهب. This has given reading of works written by the scientists of the malikite doctrine, including "El moukhtasar ennafie" “The abbreviation for the beneficial” of Khalil ibn Ishak, and his comments, Takes note of the sections of the chapter of the prayer, that the Imam Malik Ibn Anas and its students, including its high which has maintained its doctrine Abd errahmane ibn Kassim, decide to renew the prayer in time. The comments of "mokhtasar Khalil" have progressed on the way in which the author abbreviation, and they had for objective to bring the doctrine clarify without show or to explain.. This article is an attempt for the collection of these sections and their return to the origins of the with scientists of the doctrine.
