تطبيق أفضل ممارسات الاستدامة في المؤسسات الصناعية الطاقوية مؤسسة سابك السعودية أنموذجا

الملخص
لقد حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إبراز أهم الممارسات الجيدة التي تسعى إلى تطبيقها مختلف المؤسسات العاملة في مجال الطاقة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، فقد قطعت هذه المؤسسات أشواطا كبيرة في مجال الاستدامة بكل أبعادها الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية والبيئية، وهذا مع ارتفاع الأصوات الداعية إلى إدماج هذه الأبعاد وجعلها من اهتمامات المؤسسة من المؤسسات والهيئات الدولية، فكان الاختيار على مؤسسة: سابك السعودية . وقد توصلنا إلى عدة نتائج، كان من أبرزها وجود إستراتيجية لدى هذه الشركات من أجل تبني مبدأ الاستدامة، وهذا ما لمسناه في جميع تقارير الاستدامة وحتى الممارسات المطبقة على أرض الواقع، وبالتالي لم يعد مبدأ الاستدامة شعارا وفقط، بل أصبح نهجا تسييريا للوصول إلى ما يعرف بالمؤسسة المستدامة. We have tried through this study to highlight the most important good practices that the various institutions working in the field of energy in the Gulf Cooperation Council seek to implement. These institutions have made great strides in the field of sustainability in all its economic, social and environmental dimensions, and this is with the rise of voices calling for the integration of these Dimensions and making it a concern of the institution among international institutions and bodies, so the choice was on the institutions: Saudi SABIC, Qatar Petroleum Qatar, We have reached several results, the most prominent of which is the existence of a strategy for these companies in order to adopt the principle of sustainability, and this is what we have seen in all sustainability reports and even practices applied on the ground, and therefore the principle of sustainability is no longer a slogan and only, but rather a management approach to reach what is known Sustainable Enterprise.
