The Impact Of Public Order Evolution Concept On The Contract

Abstract
The growing notion of public order and its branches has led to a direct impact on the contract, which directly affects the traditional guidelines governing the Decade, since these principles have become classic and have led to the aging of the contract and its failure to cope with the realities of life. The economic system also imposed the opening of the contractual circle to the state, so that it interferes in contracts and imposes many contracts and restrictions on transactions with the aim of implementing the economic public order and achieving the public interest.
