الملخص

However, the academic excellence is affected by many factors, including school, such as the curriculum prepared for study, as well as methods and methods of teaching in addition to the role of teachers in the care of outstanding students, and among the factors affecting excellence family factors such as child education and excellence and satisfaction of basic needs curiosity and discovery and other family matters , Social factors, characteristics of personal excellence (attributes, abilities of excellence Keywords: nfluencing factors; Academic excellence الملخص: يعتبر موضوع التفوق من المواضيع التي لقيت الاهتمام الواسع والكبير من طرف علماء النفس والتربية وحتى علماء الاجتماع،ولاسيما في الوقت الراهن،وذلك لما له أهمية لدى التلميذ في حد ذاته وكذا القائمين بالعمل التربوي،بل يتعداه إلى المحيطين به من أولياء الأمور والأقران في المدرسة وخارجها،حتى بات من المواضيع التي تولي لها الدول بالغ الأهمية،ويتجلى ذلك من خلال تقديم الرعاية اللازمة لتلاميذ المتفوقين،وتجسدت تلك الرعاية في خدمات الإرشاد والتكفل النفسي وكذا الرعاية التربوية من خلال إعداد برامج تربوية خاصة بهم بل تعداه إلى فتح مدارس خاصة بالمتفوقين مثل ثانوية القبة للممتازين بالجزائر،والى غيرها من سبل الرعاية باعتبارهم طاقات بشرية هامة وجب الاهتمام بها. إلا أن التفوق الدراسي يتأثر بالعديد من العوامل منها المدرسية مثل المنهاج المعد للدراسة،وكذا طرق وأساليب التدريس إضافة إلى دور المعلمين في رعاية التلاميذ المتفوقين،ومن ضمن العوامل المؤثرة في التفوق العوامل الأسرية كالتربية الطفل المتفوق وإشباع حاجاته الأساسية حب الاستطلاع والاكتشاف والى غيرها من الأمور الأسرية،العوامل الاجتماعية،خصائص المتفوقين الشخصية(سمات،وقدرات المتفوق ..). الكلمات المفتاحية:العوامل المؤثرة؛التفوق الدراسي
