مقومات ومؤشرات التنمية السياحية في الجزائر وآثارها الاقتصادية

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بالمواقع والمقومات السياحية الطبيعية والحضارية والتاريخية التي تتوفر عليها الجزائر، والتعريف بالمؤشرات السياحية في الجزائر وآثارها الاقتصادية. تكمن أهمية البحث في إمكانية جعل القطاع السياحي في الجزائر بديلا اقتصاديا مهما يساهم في نمو الدخل الوطني، كون الاقتصاد الجزائري ريعي بالدرجة الأولى، وكون الجزائر تزخر بمواقع ومقومات طبيعية وثقافية وتاريخية كبيرة. خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2000-2020 سجلت تطورا في عدد السواح القادمين إليها، وهذا ما أدى إلى تطور الإيرادات السياحية والتي ساهمت ولو بنسبة ضعيفة في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي. كما عرفت هذه الفترة ارتفاعا في مناصب الشغل في القطاع السياحي نتيجة زيادة المنشآت الفندقية خاصة بعد عودة الأمن والاستقرار للبلاد. The aim of this study is to introduce the natural, cultural and historical tourist sites and components that Algeria has, and to introduce the tourism indicators in Algeria and their economic effects. The importance of the research lies in the possibility of making the tourism sector in Algeria an important economic alternative that contributes to the growth of national income, the fact that the Algerian economy is primarily rentier, and the fact that Algeria is rich in great natural, cultural and historical sites and components. This study concluded that Algeria, during the period from 2000-2020, recorded a development in the number of tourists coming to it, and this led to the development of tourism revenues, which contributed, albeit at a weak rate, to the gross domestic product. This period also witnessed an increase in job positions in the tourism sector as a result of the increase in hotel establishments, especially after the return of security and stability to the country.
