تنمية الفكر السياسي المعاصر بين رهاني المواطنة و العولمة

الملخص
مما يتميز به الفكر السياسي المعاصر كثرة تبدله وتغيره الأمر الذي أنتج العديد من المفاهيم والتصورات الجديدة التي تزخر بها المحافل الدولية، وإنما يرتبط هذا الزخم ببداية بروز المعالم السياسية والقانونية والثقافية التي تؤشر لنظم دولي جديد ومن بينها مفاهيم حول الأسرة الدولية ، التجمعات الاقتصادية والسياسية مثل ما يجمع بين روسيا والصين كقوتين عالميتين تعمل على حصر القوة والايديولوجية الرأس مالية المرتبطة بفكرة عولمة الفكر السياسي وتحويل القيم الأصيلة للمجتمعات مثلما تركز كذلك على عولمة مفاهيم مثل المواطنة ، وما تمثله من أهمية بالغة في الفكر السياسي ككل منذ الثورة الفرنسية ، من خلال ترقية المستويات الفكرية والحضارية للمجتمعات الانسانية بصفة عامة ، وخاصة تلك التي يطبق عليها منطق قوة العولمة بإلغاء رصيدها الثقافي والسياسي والاجتماعي وربطه بعجلة النظام العالمي الجديد. الكلمات المفتاحية: الفكر - السياسة المعاصرة ، الإقتصاد - المجتمعات - النظام العالمي Abstract: What characterizes contemporary political thought is its frequent change and change, which has produced many new concepts and perceptions that abound in international forums, but this momentum is linked to the beginning of the emergence of political, legal and cultural landmarks that indicate new international systems, including concepts about the international family, economic and political gatherings such as what It brings together Russia and China as two world powers that work to limit the power and the capitalist ideology associated with the idea of globalizing political thought and transforming the original values of societies as It also focuses on the globalization of concepts such as citizenship, and the great importance it represents in political thought as a whole since the French Revolution, through upgrading the intellectual and civilized levels of human societies in general, especially those to which the logic of the power of globalization is applied by canceling their cultural, political and social balance and linking it to the wheel of the new world order. .
