دور المنظمات غير الحكومية في السياسة البيئية والدفاع عن قضايا البيئة

الملخص
تشكل قضية حماية البيئة ثقلا وعبئا عالميين بسبب طابعها العابر للحدود مما ما أدى إلى ضرورة بذل جهود كبيرة محلية ودولية، لمواجهة كل المخاطر والتحديات التي تهدد البيئة، وهذا ما ساهم في ظهور المنظمات غير الحكومية، التي تهدف للدفاع عن القضايا البيئية. ضمن هذا السياق، تهدف دراستنا إلى إبراز الدور الذي تلعبه المنظمات غير الحكومية في السياسة البيئية لحماية البيئة وعناصرها من مختلف السلوكيات السلبية والممارسات غير العقلانية، بالإضافة إلى دورها في نشر الوعي البيئي لدى الشعوب، وفي الخلاصة توصلنا إلى أن المنظمات غير الحكومية تلعب دورا في الدفاع عن القضايا البيئية من خلال مشاركتها في المسائل البيئية العالمية بتقديم البرامج والاقتراحات لحماية البيئة، وقد حظيت باعتراف دولي وفقا لميثاق الأمم المتحدة 1945، مؤتمر ستوكهولم 1972 ومؤتمر ريو 1992، حيث تسعى إلى إكساب الشعوب ثقافة بيئية من خلال البرامج والحملات التحسيسية، وكذا مشاركتها في الندوات والملتقيات الدولية. The issue of environmental protection is a global weight and burden because of its transboundary nature, which has led to the need for substantial domestic and international efforts to address all threats and challenges to the environment, and this has contributed to the emergence of ONG, which aim to defend environmental issues. In this context, our study aims to highlight the role played by ONG in environmental policy to protect the environment and its components from various negative behaviours and irrational practices. In addition to its role in spreading people's environmental awareness, and in the conclusion that ONG play a role in defending environmental issues through their participation in global environmental issues by providing programmes and suggestions for environmental protection, It has been internationally recognized in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations 1945, the Stockholm Conference 1972 and the Rio Conference 1992, where it seeks to promote people's environmental culture through sensitization programmes and campaigns, as well as their participation in international symposiums and meetings.
