آفاق استخدام التكنولوجيا المالية في القطاع المصرفي الجزائري-دراسة ميدانية من وجهة نظر الموظف-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى دراسة آفاق انتشار استخدام التكنولوجيا المالية على مستوى النّظام المالي الجزائري. من خلال دراسة استطلاعية مبنية على وجهة نظر الموّظف باعتبار سيادة الطابع العمومي للقطاع من جهة، وهو أكثر عنصر واصل بين دعوة الخطاب الرسمي للاستفادة من الثورة الرقمية، واحتكاك القريب بالفرد الجزائري من جهة أخرى. ومن خلال دراسة استطلاعية قائمة على منهج وصفي مدعم بدراسة حال. والاعتماد على المقابلة مع عينة من مدراء الوكالات والموظفين الإطارات. توّصلت الدراسة الى اقتصار رؤية الموّظف للثورة الرقمية على رقمنة المدفوعات وأنّها مدخل باقي العمليات. كذلك خلصت الدراسة الى عدم وضوح الصورة كاملة للمبحوثين فيما يتعلّق بالشكل المتقدّم للتكنولوجيا المالية وتنافسيتها مع الخدمة البنكية التقليدية. This research paper aims to study the prospects of the spread of the use of financial technology at the level of the Algerian financial system. Through a survey study based on the employee's point of view, considering the supremacy of the public nature of the sector on the one hand, which is the most continuous element between the call of the official discourse to benefit from the digital revolution, and the friction of the relative with the Algerian individual on the other hand. Moreover, through an exploratory study based on a descriptive curriculum supported by a case study. In addition, rely on the interview with a sample of agency managers and Tire employees. The study found that the employee's vision of the digital revolution is limited to the digitization of payments and that it is the gateway to the rest of the operations. The study also concluded that the complete picture of the respondents is not clear regarding the advanced form of financial technology and its competitiveness with traditional banking service
