الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى ابراز مؤشرات الميزات التنافسية في القطاع البنكي العمومي في الجزائر، مع تحليل أثر قيود المحيط التشريعي والمالي على استدامة ميزاته التنافسية. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تركيز القطاع البنكي العمومي وسمعته من أهم مصادر الميزات التنافسية التي تساهم في تحسين مؤشرات الأداء، إلا أن قيود المحيط التشريعي والمالي قد حالت دون تعظيم النتائج المنتظرة من الميزات التنافسية للقطاع البنكي العمومي. Abstract: This research aims to highlight the competitive advantage indices of public banks in Algeria, and analyzing the impact of the constraints of the legislative and financial environment on the sustainability of their competitive advantage. The study concluded that the concentration of the banking public sector and its reputation are considered as very important resources for the competitive advantages contributing to the improvement of its performance indices, however, the obstacles of the regulatory environment have not allowed to maximize the results of the competitive advantages of the public banking sector Keywords : competitive advantage -performance indices - constraints of the legislative and financial environment- public banks
