الملخص

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل وقياس أثر الاستثمار المحلي على القطاع الصناعي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990 – 2020) وإبراز دور هذا الأثر في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي، وذلك بالاستعانة بقاعدة بيانات سنوية للاقتصاد الجزائري، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي في تحليل واقع وتطور الاستثمار المحلي والقطاع الصناعي في الجزائر خلال فترة الدراسة، وتم القيام بدراسة إحصائية بتطبيق طريقة المركبات الأساسية ACP، بالإضافة إلى الدراسة القياسية للمتغيرات (القيمة المضافة للقطاع الصناعي كمتغير تابع والاستثمار المحلي، الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، العمالة وسعر الصرف كمتغيرات مستقلة)، حيث تم تطبيق نموذج المعادلات الآنية في تبيان أثر الاستثمار المحلي على القطاع الصناعي. تم التوصل إلى أن الاستثمار المحلي له تأثير إيجابي على القطاع الصناعي للفترة محل الدراسة من خلال زيادة المشاريع الاستثمارية التي تؤدي بدورها إلى توفير فرص العمل ولو نسبة ضئيلة، ويعود السبب في ذلك إلى اعتماد الجزائر بشكل كبير على قطاع المحروقات ، بالإضافة إلى فشل السياسات المطبقة من طرف الحكومة لتحريك النشاط الاقتصادي. Abstract: This study aims to analyze and measure the impact of local investment on the industrial sector in Algeria during the period (1990-2020) and to highlight the role of this impact in achieving economic growth, using an annual database of the Algerian economy whereas the analytical method was relied upon to analyze the reality and development of local investment and the industrial sector in Algeria during the study period, a statistical study was carried out by applying the method ACP, in addition to the standard study of the variables ( the added value of the industrial sector as a dependent variable, and local investment, gross domestic product, employment and the exchange rate as independent variables), where the simultaneous equations model was applied to show the impact of local investment on the industrial sector. It was concluded that local investment has a positive impact on the industrial sector for the period under study by increasing investment projects that in turn lead to providing job opportunities, even if by a small percentage the government side to move the wheel of economic activity.
