الملخص
جاءت هذه الورقة البحثة للتعرف على مدى توافر متطلبات ومعوقات الحكومة الإلكترونية. حيث هدفت إلى تقديم مفهوم الحكومة الإلكترونية وإبراز متطلبات ومعوقات تطبيقها المتوفرة وذلك من وجهة نظر الموظفين في المديرية. وقد تم الإعتماد في هذه الورقة على المنهجين الوصفي ودراسة الحالة بإستخدام أداة الإستبيان الذي تم تحليله وفق برنامجSPSS نسخة 19 حيث تكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من الموظفين بمديرية الإدارة المحلية بولاية غرداية البالغ عددهم 60، وقد أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق بين الإجابات لمتطلبات ومعوقات الحكومة الإلكترونية تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية. : This research paper came to identify the availabitily of e-government requirements & obstacles, Where it aimed to present the concept of e-government and highlight the requirements & obstacles to its application available from the point view of the employees, In this paper it was relied on the descriptive approches and using the questionnaire toole that was analyzed according to the (SPSS) program V19, Where the poplulation consisted of 60 employees in the administration of the mandate Ghardaia, And the results showed that there were no differences between the answers to the requirements & abstacles of e-goverments due to the personality variables.
