الملخص

من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية ارتأينا تسليط الضوء على واقع القيم الدينية في البيئة المدرسية، عن طريق تفعيل دور الفاعلين الاجتماعيين القائمين على العملية التربوية- المعلم أنموذجا-. باعتباره الفاعل المباشر الذي يحتك بالمتعلم مباشرة، حيث يعمل على تدريبهم على التكيف وإنشاء علاقات تبادلية مع الآخرين، وإكسابهم العادات السليمة والمواقف المسؤولة بتعزيز القيم الدينية والمبادئ والمعايير الاجتماعية، وذلك بإعطاء مواقف جديدة باعثة على السلوك المسؤول في مجال بناء علاقات تفاعلية اجتماعية. توصلنا في نهاية بحثنا إلى أنّ دور المعلم قد تحول من ناقل للقيم الدينية إلى مشارك، وبذلك أصبح دوره أكثر فاعلية، لاسيما ونحن في مدرسة تعتمد المقاربة بالكفاءات، والتي تجعل من المتعلم العنصر النشط والمساهم في بناء تعلماته بنفسه Through this research paper, we decided to shed light on the reality of religious values in the school environment, by activating the role of social actors in charge of the educational process - the teacher as a model -. As the direct actor who comes into direct contact with the learner, he works on training them to adapt and establish reciprocal relationships with others, and to provide them with sound habits and responsible attitudes by promoting religious values, principles and social standards, by giving new attitudes that encourage responsible behavior in the field of building social interactive relationships. At the end of our research, we concluded that the role of the teacher has shifted from a transmitter of religious values to a participant, and thus his role has become more effective, especially when we are in a school that adopts the competency approach, which makes the learner the active element.
