إعادة الهندسة كمدخل لتحقيق الجودة الشاملة

الملخص
لكي تتوافق كل مؤسسة مع التغيرات الجديدة و السريعة ولتضمن بقاءها في السوق التنافسية كان لزاما عليها أن تبحث عن الطرق والبدائل الإدارية الحديثة ،التي من شأنها أن تساعد هذه المؤسسة على البقاء و الإستمرار ، ومن بين هذه الطرق في علم الإدارة إعادة هندسة والتي هي منهج إداري يقوم أساسا على إعادة التفكير الجدري في الأساليب الجديدة وإعادة تنظيمها من أجل التحسيس و التطوير ويرتكز هذا كله على التغيير الجذري للطرق و الأساليب القديمة و الإعتماد على طرق وأساليب حديثة تتمثل في إعادة التنظيم الهيكلي وإعادة كسر الهرميات الوظيفية إلى فرق تتجاوز الحدود الوظيفية ، " بناء الفرق ونشاط التطوير التنظيمي "، وتأتي إعادة الهندسة لتقابل الطرق و الأساليب و النظم الخاصة بالعمل من حيث الإستحداث الجذري فيها ،مع التركيز على ما يجب أن يكون بصرف النظر عما هو كائن بالفعل ،ولا تخرج إعادة الهندسة من كونها دعوة لتبني الحديث حيث الإبتكار والإبداع و التغيير الجدري في الأسس و المبادئ ، والطرق و الأساليب ، وهجرة القديم دون تحسينه أو تعديله ، ومن ثم فهي صورة من صور التغيير الشامل في العمليات الإدارية ، من حيث تخطيط العمليات و أداءها و الرقابه على تنفيذها ، و بالتالي تعتبر البساط أو الممهد لتحقيق الجودة و الفعالية داخل المؤسسةIn order for each institution to correspond to the new and fast changes and to include its survival in the competitive market, it had to search for modern administrative roads and alternatives, which would help this institution to survive and continue, and among these methods in management science re -engineering which is an administrative approach It is mainly based on smallpage rethinking in new methods and reorganization for sensitization and development.
