الملخص
الملخص: إن موضوع المقادير الشرعية وما يقابلها من المقادير المعاصرة، من الموضوعات المهمة لتعلقها بالكثير من الأحكام الشرعية سواء في أبواب العبادات أو المعاملات أو الجنايات أو غيرها، ولا يمكن تطبيق تلك الأحكام على الوجه الصحيح إلا بمعرفة تلك المقادير الشرعية، ولاختلاف الأسماء وتغير الموازين والمكاييل والمقاييس بين الماضي والحاضر فحري بالباحثين والفقهاء ضبط هذا الموضوع بأسمائه القديمة، وتقديراته المعاصرة، ليسهل عليهم تبيينها للناس أثناء إجابتهم الشرعية على الفتاوى المشتملة على المقادير الشرعية، وكذا ليسهل على عامة المسلمين تطبيق تلك الأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بها، وهذا ما قمت به في بحثي هذا، مقتصراً على المقادير الشرعية التي لها تعلق بالأحكام الشرعية وفي إطار المذهب المالكي، كي لا تتشعب المسائل ويطول البحث. Abstract: The topic of legitimate quantities and their equivalent contemporary quantities is one of the important topics because it relates to many legal rulings, whether in the chapters of acts of worship, transactions, felonies, or other things, and these rulings cannot be applied properly except by knowing those legitimate quantities. Due to the existence of different names and the change of weights, measures and measurements between the past and the present, researchers and jurists should adjust this subject with its ancient names and contemporary assessments, to make it easier for them and to explain it to people during their legitimate answer to fatwas that include legitimate quantities, as well as to make it easier for the general public to apply those legal rulings related to it, and this is what I did in this research, limited to legitimate quantities that are related to the legal rulings and within the framework of the Maliki school of thought, so that the issues do not diverge and the research is prolonged.
