الملخص
ملخص: يعد موضوع الاستثمار أحد المواضيع التي توليها الدراسات القانونية اهتماما، وعلى الأخص عندما يتم ربطها بالبيئة التي تعد كأهم قضايا ألفية القرن الحالي. هذا الانشغال أولاه قانون الاستثمار الجديد رقم 22-18 أهمية، كأول قانون استثماري في الجزائر يحّفز الاستثمار في القطاع البيئي باعتباره ركيزة أساسية للنهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني. عبر الارتقاء به كقطاع استثماري مستدام، ضمن تكريس استثمارات بيئية منها الطاقات المتجددة. باعتبارها من القطاعات ذات الأولوية والقيمة المضافة العليا التي تهتم بالاستثمار في الثروة الطبيعية في إطار تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. ليظهر أن المشرّع انتقل قفزة نوعية في بعد حماية البيئة، بتوجيه الاقتصاد الوطني نحو التنويع الاقتصادي المتوازن في إطار نموذج الاقتصاد الأخضر وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. الكلمات المفتاحية: قانون الاستثمار رقم 22-18؛ استثمارات بيئية؛ تنمية مستدامة؛ استثمار مستدام؛ اقتصاد أخضر، تنويع اقتصادي. تصنيف جال: K150، K320، K130 Abstract: The investment is one of the topics which interest the legal studies, in particular when it is assimilated with the environment, which is the most important issues in the millennial of our century.
