ـ ملخص: يهدف موضوع البحث الى معرفة دور الإدارة الالكترونية في تحسين الخدمة العمومية من خلال توظيف تكنولوجيا الإعلام و الاتصال عبر الوظائف و الممارسات الإدارية . من خلال نتائج الجولة الاستطلاعية لمعرفة العلاقة بين المتغيرين تبين أن إدراج تكنولوجيا الإعلام و الاتصال داخل نسق عمل الإدارة له تأثير في تسهيل العمليات الإدارية و تبسيط إجراءاتها و تقليل استخدام الورق فيها و ربح الوقت و تقليل الجهد و التكلفة و تحقيق التواصل الآني دون التقيد بالزمان و لا المكان ، تحت شعار إدارة بلا زمان و لا مكان . Abstract: The subject of the research aims to know the role of electronic administration in improving public service through the employment of information technology and communication through administrative functions and practices. Through the results of the exploratory tour to find out the relationship between the two variables, it was found that the inclusion of information and communication technology within the work system of the administration has an impact in facilitating administrative operations, simplifying their procedures, reducing the use of paper in them, gaining time, reducing effort and cost, and achieving instant communication without being restricted by time, No place, under the slogan of management without time and no place Résumé: Le sujet de la recherche vise à connaître le rôle de l'administration électronique dans l'amélioration du service public par l'emploi des technologies de l'information et de la communication à travers les fonctions et les pratiques administratives. À travers les résultats de la visite exploratoire pour connaître la relation entre les deux variables, il a été constaté que l'inclusion des technologies de l'information et de la communication dans le système de travail de l'administration a un impact sur la facilitation des opérations administratives, la simplification de leurs procédures, la réduction de l'utilisation de papier en eux, gain de temps, réduction des efforts et des coûts, et réalisation d'une communication instantanée sans être limité par le temps.No place, sous le slogan de la gestion sans temps et sans lieu.
