إشكالية الأمن الثقافي الجزائري: بين تداعيات السياسة الاستعمارية الفرنسية والعولمة

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى البحث في واقع الأمن الثقافي الجزائري، وما يواجهه من تحديات فرضتها آثار وتداعيات السياسة الاستعمارية الفرنسية على مكونات ومقومات الثقافة الجزائرية ما بعد الاحتلال؛ إذ لا تزال الجزائر تعاني من تبعات هذه السياسة رغم مرور أكثر من ستين سنة على الاستقلال، لتضاف إليها تحديات جديدة فرضتها انعكاسات العولمة على الأمن الثقافي الجزائري. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن كل من أثار السياسة الاستعمارية الفرسية ما بعد الاحتلال والعولمة تؤثران سلبا على الثقافة الجزائرية، بحيث أوجدت السياسة الاستعمارية الفرنسية صراعات وتناقضات ثقافية داخل المجتمع الجزائري، والتي تأججت بفضل العولمة والانفتاح على الثقافات الأخرى، ودخول عادات وسلوكيات غريبة عن المجتمع الجزائري، ما أصبح يشكل تحديا حقيقيا ومصدرا لتهديد أمن الجزائر الثقافي Abstract: The study aims to investigate the reality of Algerian cultural security, and the challenges it faces posed by the effects and repercussions of the French colonial policy on the components and constituents of Algerian culture after the occupation. Algeria is still suffering from the consequences of this policy despite the passage of more than sixty years of independence, to be added to it new challenges imposed by the repercussions of globalization on Algerian cultural security. The study concluded that all of the effects of the Persian colonial policy after the occupation and globalization negatively affect the Algerian culture, so that the French colonial policy created cultural conflicts and contradictions within the Algerian society, Which was fueled by globalization and openness to other cultures, And entering habits and behaviors alien to Algerian society, which has become a real challenge and a source of threat to Algeria's cultural security.
