فعالية نظام الرقمنة الإدارية بمديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بولاية تمنراست

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى قياس فعالية نظام الرقمنة الإدارية عن طريق دراسة ميدانية بمديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بولاية تمنراست في ظل جائحة كورونا، حيث تكونت عينة دراستنا من (45) عامل بالمديرية، وقد كان اختيارنا للعينة عشوائيا وتم استعمال المنهج الوصفي التحليل في الدراسة واستعمال الحزم الإحصائية في عملية التفريغ من خلال برنامج الحزم الإحصائية " SPSS " نسخة 21 وقد تم حساب صدق وثبات الاستبيان للتأكد من صلاحيتها قبل عملية التطبيق، حيث أظهرت النتائج ما يلي : وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في فعالية نظام الرقمنة من وجهة نظر عمال مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بولاية تمنراست تعزى لمتغيرات التالية: الدورات التدريبية لعمالها ، الأقدمية ، المؤهل العلمي لعمالها. عدم وجود علاقة إحصائية بين نظام الرقمنة الجديد وفاعلية أداء العمال لمهام أعمالهم في إدارة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بولاية تمنراست، وتحقيق رضا الزبائن اتجاه مديرية سونلغاز. Abstract: This study aimed to measure the effectiveness of the administrative digitization system through a field study in the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution in Tamanrasset in light of the Corona pandemic, where the sample of our study consisted of (45) workers in the Directorate, and our selection of the sample was random and the descriptive approach was used to analyze in the study and use statistical packages In the process of unpacking through the statistical packages program "SPSS" version 21, the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were calculated to ensure its validity before the application process. The results showed the following: There are statistically significant differences in the effectiveness of the digitization system from the point of view of the workers of the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution in the state of Tamanrasset due to the following variables: training courses for its workers, seniority, and the scientific qualification of its workers. The absence of a statistical relationship between the new digitization system and the effectiveness of workers' performance of their work tasks in the electricity and gas distribution management in the state of Tamanrasset, and the achievement of customer satisfaction towards the Sonelgaz Directorate.
