مستقبل العولمة في ظل جائحة كورونا –كوفيد 19

الملخص
ملخص: شهد العالم تطورات هامة في ظل تفشي وبعد التطورات الأخيرة لهذا الفيروس التاجي والذي لم تسلم منه أي دولة من دول العالم ،فتبين أن العولمة قبل هذا الفيروس أن العولمة قبل جائحة كرونا لن تستمر كما كانت ،فالظاهر أن الاثار والنتائج التي تكبدها دول العالم جراء هذا الفيروس منذ 19 ديسمبر 2019 الى الوقت الراهن مازالت تلك الاثار مفزعة ومستمرة وعلى مختلف المستويات : السياسية،الأمنية،الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والصحية ،ومما لاشك فيه أن هذا الفيروس سيؤثر لا محالة بشكل مباشر على العولمة وسياستها من جهة وعلى مستقبلها من جهة أخرى ،اذن جائحة كرونا أفرزت تحديات هائلة لا تقتصر على المنظومة الصحية بل تجاوزت ذلك كمحطة هائلة للانعطاف في مسار المنظومة الكونية ،وتكمن أهمية وأهداف الدراسة في توضيح و معرفة وضع العولمة والتغيرات التي ستطرأ على مستقبلها أثناء وبعد جائحة كرونا 19،كذلك الوقوف على وضع النظام الدولي أحادي القطب في ظل هذه الجائحة وهل يمكن التحول الى نظام دولي متعدد الاقطاب لذلك ، ومع تراجع الدول على العولمة وأصبح الاهتمام بالداخل ستكون له انعكاسات واسعة النطاق على المستويين الاقتصادي والسياسي . الكلمات المفتاحية: ظاهرة العولمة، الفيروس التاجي، الإجراءات الحمائية. Abstract: The world witnessed important developments in light of the outbreak and after the recent developments of this coronavirus, from which no country in the world was spared, so it became clear that globalization before this virus and that globalization before the Corona pandemic will not continue as it was, so it seems that the effects and consequences incurred by the countries of the world as a result of this virus From December 19, 2019 to the present time, these effects are still terrifying and continuous at various levels: political, security, economic, social and health, and there is no doubt that this virus will inevitably directly affect globalization and its politics on the one hand and its future on the other hand, so the Corona pandemic has produced Enormous challenges that are not limited to the health system, but exceeded that as a huge turning point in the path of the global system, and the importance and objectives of the study lie in clarifying and knowing the situation of globalization and the changes that will occur in its future during and after the Corona 19 pandemic, as well as standing on the status of the unipolar international system in light of this The pandemic, and is it possible to transform into a multipolar international system for that, and with countries retreating from globalization and the interest in the interior has become, it will have wide-ranging repercussions on the economic and political levels Key words: globalization phenomenon, corona virus, protectionist measures
