المسؤولية المدنية لمنظم التظاهرات الرياضية أثناء سير المنافسة الرياضية

الملخص
تعتبر المسؤولية المدنية من أهم الموضوعات التي لم يتوان رجال الفقه والقضاء ومختلف الأنظمة القانونية عن معالجاتها والاستمرار في تناول دراستها في مختلف مجالات الحياة، وذلك من خلال البحث والتمحيص لإيجاد الحلول القانونية التي تتناسب والتطور الذي يلحقها . ولعل من أحدث مجالات قيام المسؤولية المدنية هي تلك ذلك المتعلقة بالمسؤولية في المجال الرياضي ومن خلال دراستنا لهذا الموضوع يتبين لنا أنه في حالة ارتكاب منظم تظاهرات الرياضية خلال السير المنافسة الرياضية خطأ . فقط يلحق الضرر: إما للرياضيين أو للمتفرجين أو الغير. Abstract: Civil responsibility is considered one of the most important issues that jurisprudence, judiciary and various legal systems did not hesitate to address and continue to study in various fields of life, through research and scrutiny to find legal solutions that are commensurate with the development that follows. Perhaps one of the most recent areas of civil liability is that related to responsibility in the sports field Through our study of this subject, it becomes clear to us that in the event that the organizer of sports events committed a mistake during the course of the sports competition. Only harm: either to athletes, spectators or third parties.
