الملخص

الملخص: يهدف هذا البحث المتعلق بمستجدات النظام القضائي الجزائري إلى تسليط الضوء على أهم الهياكل والإجراءات والإصلاحات المستحدثة، التي جاء بها المشرع في القوانين الصادرة في أواخر سنة 2022 ، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها، أن المشرع قام باستحداث هياكل قضائية جديدة ، حيث أضاف مجالس قضائية جديدة لتتناسب مع عدد الولايات، بالإضافة لاستحداث المحاكم لتجارية المتخصصة ، والمحاكم الإدارية للاستئناف، مع تحديد تشكيلتها واختصاصاتها، وتعديل اختصاصات مجلس الدولة، كما أن المشرع حرص على إصلاح قطاع العدالة ، من خلال تكريس مبدأ التقاضي على درجتين، اعتماد التقاضي الالكتروني، تكريس الطرق البديلة لحل المنازعات القضائية، تقريب العدالة من المواطن، إلزام الجهة القضائية الإدارية بالدعوة للتصحيح بدل رفض القضية . : Abstract This research on the developments in Algeria's judicial system aims to highlight the most important structures, procedures and reforms developed adopted by the legislature in the laws promulgated in late 2022, One of our most important findings is that the legislator has developed new judicial structures, He added new judicial boards to match the number of states, as well as the creation of specialized commercial courts, The administrative courts of appeal, specifying their composition and terms of reference, and amending the Council of State's terms of reference justice sector reform by establishing the principle of litigation in two degrees ". the adoption of electronic litigation, devoting alternative methods of dispute resolution, bringing justice closer to the citizen, Requiring the administrative judiciary to call for .correction rather than dismissing the case
