الملخص
ملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى معرفة نمط القيادة الادارية و اثره على عملية اتخاذ القرار ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واجراء دراسة تطبيقية على مستوى مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية تيبازة ولعلى اهمية هذا الموضوع تظهر من خلال ابراز المشاكل التي تعترض المؤسسات و تقديم الحلول باتصالات دائمة بين الرؤساء و المرؤوسين من اجل علاقات انسانية طيبة تخدم عمليات اتخاذ القرار . Abstract: The current study aims to know the style of administrative leadership and its impact on the decision-making process. To achieve this goal, the descriptive analytical approach was relied on and an applied study was conducted at the level of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the state of Tipaza. The importance of this topic appears by highlighting the problems facing institutions and providing solutions through permanent contacts Between superiors and subordinates for good human relations that serve decision-making processes.
