Empowerment And Its Impact On Employee Loyalty An Exploratory Study Of The Opinions Of A Sample Of Employees At The University Of Mohamed Boudiaf In M'sila (algeria)

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship and the impact of the empowerment process through its dimensions (delegation of authority, teams, and motivation) in achieving workers' loyalty, through a survey of the opinions of a sample of 152 employees at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M’sila (Algeria); The analytical descriptive approach was used, where an online questionnaire is designed and sent its link to the email of the employees of this university; For data processing, analysis and interpretation the SPSS Social Package 26 statistical program was used. The results of the study show that: there is a significant correlation relationship between the dimensions of empowerment and the loyalty of employees, Empowerment has a significant effect in achieving the loyalty of employees, and that the dimension of the " teams" is the most effective dimension in promoting employee loyalty, thus achieving the goals of the organization. .
