الملخص
تعالج هاته الدراسة قياس تأثير التضخم على الأجر الحقيقي دراسة حالة الجزائر للفترة 2001-2021. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لعرض أدبيات الدراسة وتوضيح للمفاهيم الأساسية، كما استعملنا المنهج الكمي بالجانب التطبيقي بحيث تم اختبار استقرارية السلاسل الزمنية للدراسة والتقدير بطريقة المربعات الصغرى، توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين التضخم والأجر الحقيقي في الجزائر، كما قد تم التأكد من خلو النموذج المقدر من المشاكل القياسية، إضافة لذلك تم إجراء اختبار التكامل المشترك بطريقة ARDL لتفادي الانحدار الزائف للنموذج المقدر. Abstract : This study measures the effect of inflation on the real wage, the case study of Algeria for the period 2001-2021. The descriptive approach was adopted to exhibit the study literature and clarify the basic concepts. We also used the quantitative approach on the applied side, so that the stability of the time series of the study and estimation was tested using the least squares method. The study has concluded that there is a direct relationship between inflation and real wages in Algeria; we have asserted that the model is free From the econometric problems; also the cointegration test was performed by ARDL method in a way to avoid the false regression of the estimated model.
