الملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسة طريقة ترسيم حدود البحر الإقليمي، وأية قاعدة تعتمد لتحديد خطوط الأساس التي يقاس منها امتداد البحر الإقليمي والمناطق البحرية الأخرى، وكذا حالة البحر الإقليمي الواقع في دولة واحدة، أو حالة الدول المتقابلة أو المتلاصقة، وذلك في ظل أحكام اتفاقية قانون البحار لسنة 1982، بعد تبيان طبيعته القانونية الخاصة. Cette étude aborde la méthode de délimitation de la mer territoriale, toute règle adoptée pour déterminer les lignes de base à partir desquelles l’étendue de la mer territoriale et d’autres zones maritimes est mesurée, ainsi que l’état de la mer territoriale située dans un État, ou la situation d’États opposés ou adjacents, en vertu des dispositions de la convention de 1982 sur le droit de la mer, ayant établi sa propre nature juridique. Abstract This study addresses the method of delimitation of the territorial sea, any rule adopted to determine the baselines from which the extent of the territorial sea and other maritime areas is measured, as well as the status of the territorial sea located in one State, or the situation of opposite or adjacent States, under the provisions of the 1982 Convention on the Law of the Sea, having established its own legal nature.
