Establishment And Evolution Of Agricultural Agreement Under The Rules Of The World Trade Organization

الملخص
The objective of this study is to highlighting the liberalization of international trade in agricultural products, with applying the rules of the agricultural agreement and the SPS agreement sanitary and phytosanitary measures to harmonize agricultural production with human and animal health requirements, this is the following question: What are the reasons for the establishment of the agricultural agreement and what is the route development of negotiations on it? and in order to achieve the objectives of the research, we used the historical approach and the descriptive approach and the analytical approach, the study found that these agreements did not achieve total liberalization of agricultural trade and did not abolish regional support, which has been a central pillars of the agreement, but it achieved a balance between liberalization and protection, with regard to the SPS Agreement, it was necessary to define the specifications accurately and disseminate them among all states in order to change from guidelines to objective and neutral rules.
