Abstract
The technological development in the field of communication since the last quarter of the twentieth century until now has touched various fields and contributed to a radical change in the administration and the modernization of its systems, methods and working mechanism, methods of communication between employees and between the organization and its external audience. As the use of communication technology has become a prominent feature of successful institutions, and the process of work requires communication characterized by accuracy, flexibility and speed, which contributes to raising the performance of the institution by providing a product quickly and with high quality.
