الملخص
الممارسة المهنية في المستشفيات من أشقى الممارسات نفسيا وجسديا، في مواجهة الأمراض والأوبئة، وحرصا على إنقاذ الأرواح، ولا تخلو من المخاطر.على روح الطبيب ومن معه وصحتهم، بالعدوى، أو العدوان، وهذا ما دفعنا إلى دراسة هذه التحديات من زاوية شرعية مقاصدية تبين حرص الإسلام على حفظ أرواح المرضى والأطباء، وضمان كرامتهم، والوقوف بالمرصاد لمن يعتدي عليهم. وقد وقفنا من خلال الدراسة على تراث إسلامي عظيم ينبغي نشره على أوسع نطاق. Abstract : Establishing professionalism in hospitals is one of the most miserable practices psychologically and physically, in the face of diseases and epidemics, and in order to save lives, and not without risks, on the soul of the doctor and those with him and their health, infection, or aggression, and this is what prompted us to study these challenges from the angle of intentional legitimacy showing the keenness of Islam to preserve the lives of patients and doctors, ensure their dignity, and stand up to those who attack them. Through the study, we have identified a great Islamic heritage that should be widely disseminated.
