الملخص
تعتبر الجراحة التجميلية من أهم المواضيع في العصر الحالي نظرا للتعقيدات التي شهدتها هذه العمليات والمخاطر الناتجة عنها و لهذا رأيت تناول هذا الموضوع و بيان أساس المسؤولية الواقعة على عاتق الطبيب الجراح في حالة وقوعه في خطأ طبي و ما موقف الفقه و القانون من ذلك و نظرا لتعدد أساس المسؤوليات حصرت البحث في نطاق المسؤولية المدنية .
