الملخص
the specific juridiction of the international criminal court contains crimes against humanity as one of the international crimes within its juridiction. The Rome statute played a role in the codification and definition of crimes against humanity and avide criticism of the definition of this type of crime in the nuremberg charter. On the other hand, the Rome statute was in line with the system of the tribunal for the former Rwanda on the definition of crimes against humanity , with the international criminal court system expanding the forms of sexual offenses to include new crimes.
