الملخص
يعتبر ظهور شركات الحماية الدولية أو الشركات العسكرية خطوة في طريق هدم بناء الدولة الحديثة، حيث مر هذا البناء بعدة مراحل حتى أكتمل البنيان فمن الدولة الحارسة إلى الدولة المتدخلة إلى الدولة الحارسة مرة أخرى، التي تقتصر مهمتها على حفظ الأمن العام داخل الدولة إلى الدولة ذات الدور المحدود، فقد بدأت مرحلة انسحاب الدولة من كافة الأنشطة الاقتصادية ليقتصر دورها على مهام الأمن والحراسة ثم بدأت مرحلة خصصت الأمن وعرضه في الأسواق مثل بقية السلع المادية لتنتهي بذلك الدولة كنظام سياسي قطعت البشرية شوطا طويلا من الزمن لبنائه، و أسباب عديدة تدفع الدول والحكومات إلى خصخصة الإمكانات والطاقات وتعهدها لمثل هذه الشركات، لعل أهمها التكلفة السياسية الكبيرة التي تحدث عند مقتل جنود نظاميين فوق أراضي دول أخرى وفي مهام لا تخص الأمن القومي للدولة المعنية.
