الملخص
اللغة العربية: شهد عصرنا ثورة علمية وتكنولوجية هائلة في مجال الحياة، لكنها أخذت شكل الظاهرة الخطيرة خاصة في الأبحاث البيولوجية. لذا طرحت العديد من المشكلات الأخلاقية التي جعلت الإنسان يتلهف للبحث عن ضوابط أخلاقية لمحاصرة التهديد الذي قد يمس إنسانيته وقدسية الحياة البشرية، ودخول مفاهيم جديدة كتأجير الأرحام، الاستنساخ...لذا تعالت الأصوات بضرورة البحث عن ضوابط أخلاقية، وتوجيه سياسي للحياة قصد كبح جموح التطور الرهيب للبيولوجيا. باللغة الانجليزية: Our age has witnessed a tremendous scientific and technological revolution in the field of life, but in has taken on the from of a dangerous phenomenon, especially in biological research in the tremendous scientific to contain the threat that may affect his humanity. This explains the emergence of what called the bioethics against the latest advances in biology, and the introduction of new concepts such as the renting of uteruses, cloning… Thus, the voices have grown that it is necessary to search for ethical controls and a political directive for life in order to curb the unbridled development of biology. اللغة الفرنسية: Notre époque a connu une énorme révolution scientifique et technologique dans le domaine de la vie, mais elle a pris la forme d'un phénomène dangereux, en particulier dans la recherche biologique. Par conséquent, de nombreux problèmes éthiques ont été soulevés qui ont rendu l'homme désireux de rechercher des contrôles moraux pour assiéger la menace qui pourrait affecter son humanité et le caractère sacré de la vie humaine, et l'introduction de nouveaux concepts tels que la maternité de substitution, le clonage...
