درجة فاعلية المفتشين التربويين في تحسين كفايات أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر الأساتذة.

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة فاعلية المفتشين التربويين في تحسين كفايات أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضي في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر الأساتذة بولاية تيارت، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالدراسة التحليلية وشملت عينة الدراسة (60) أستاذا وأستاذة، وطبق الباحث مقياس درجة فاعلية المفتشين التربويين في تحسين كفايات أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية. وأظهرت الدراسة أن درجة فاعلية المفتشين التربويين في تحسين كفايات أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية كانت متوسطة، وأنه لا توجد فروق في أبعاد درجة فاعلية المفتشين التربويين في تحسين كفايات أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية تبعا للمتغيرات (الخبرة، الجنس، المرحلة التعليمية). -كلمات مفتاحية: (المفتش التربوي، الكفايات التدريسية، أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية، الجودة الشاملة). Abstract: The study aimed to identify the degree of effectiveness of educational inspectors in improving the competencies of physical education and sports teachers ,In light of the comprehensive quality standards from the point of view of teachers in the state of Tiaret, the researcher used the descriptive method of the analytical study, and the study sample included (60) professors and professors, and the researcher applied a measure of the degree of effectiveness of educational inspectors in improving the competencies of teachers of physical education and sports. The study showed that the degree of effectiveness of educational inspectors in improving the competencies of teachers of physical education and sports was moderate, and that there were no differences in the dimensions of the degree of effectiveness of educational inspectors in improving the competencies of teachers of physical education and sports depending on the variables (experience, gender, educational stage). ----Keywords: (Educational Inspector, Teaching Competencies, Physical Education and Sports Professors, Total Quality).
