الفوارق المكانية في توزيع الخدمات الصحية في مجال الصحة الانجابية في الجزائر لسنة 2018

الملخص
الملخص: تعتبر الصحة من أهم أعمدة السياسة لكل دولة وتعد مؤشرا رئيسيا لقياس مستوى تقدمها ورقيها ولذلك تسعى كل منها الى تحسين مستوى الخدمات الصحية بكل تخصصاتها وتوفير أكبر نسبة من احتياجات الأفراد وتسجيل أكبر قدر ممكن من التغطية الصحية وبشكل متساوي ما بين المناطق الريفية و الحضرية، ولكن رغم ذلك نسجل تفاوتا ملحوظا في كل ما يخص الخدمات الصحية. نفس النتائج مسجلة في مجال الصحة الانجابية في توزيع عدد المراكز المختصة في طب النساء والتوليد وعدد الأطباء المختصين ومن تم كان موضوع دراستنا هو الفوارق الموجودة في مستوى خدمات الصحة الانجابية بين مختلف ولايات الجزائر، ومحاولة تحليل احصائيات سنة 2018 لاستخراج الولايات التي تعاني من نقائص الامكانيات المادية منها والبشرية. Abstract Health is considered as one of the most important policy pillars for every country and it is a key indicator for measuring the level of its progress and advancement. Therefore, each country seeks to improve the level of health services in all its specialisations and provide the largest percentage of individuals’ needs, in addition to registering the largest possible number of health coverage between rural and urban areas on an equal basis. However, there is still a constant need and disparity in everything related to health services. The same results are recorded in the field of reproductive health in the distribution of the number of centers specialized in obstetrics and gynecology and the number of specialized doctors. The subject of our study was the differences in the level of reproductive health services between the different states of Algeria, and an attempt to analyze the statistics of 2018 to extract states that suffer from lack of financial capabilities.
