Results Of Scientific Research Valorization: The Marginalized Link In The Research Process

Abstract
The objective of this article is to examine the various legal and regulatory rules relating to the results of scientific research valorization in Algeria from the point of view of dissemination not from commercialization and transfer one. In its second section, it aims to consult the websites of the first fifth Algerian universities in the ranking web of universities of the July 2021 edition to examine if the universities raise the awareness of the academic communities to the importance of the exploitation of results of their research. The study was based on the descriptive analytical approach. It concluded that universities do not perform one of the tasks assigned to them, that is, to guide and direct the academic community on how to promote the results of their research. The study proposes a set of tools and strategies that a researcher could use to valorize the results of publicly funded research.
