الملخص

في ظل ثورة المعلومات والتحول الرقمي تسعى منظمات الأعمال والمؤسسات بمختلف توجهاتها إلى التكيف الإيجابي مع محيطها خاصة ما تعلق بالإستخدام الأمثل للتكنولوجيا الحديثة والتحكم فيها، وهذا يقودنا إلى مايعرف بحوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ومن خلال بحثنا تطرقنا الى العديد من المفاهيم والتصورات النظرية في مجال حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات IT Governance بالإضافة الى أهم محاورها، أهدافها وأهميتها، كما تطرقنا إلى تقنية الكوبيت5 (COBIT 5) بإعتبارها من أهم النماذج للوصول لحوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وخلصت دراستنا في الأخير إلى أهمية تحقيق حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات داخل المؤسسات. In light of the information revolution and digital transformation, business organizations with different orientations seek to adapt positively to their surroundings, especially those related to the optimal use of modern technology, and this leads us to what is known as IT governance, in our research. We touched on many theoretical perceptions in the field of information technology governance in addition to its most important axes, objectives and importance, and we also touched on COBIT 5 technology as one of the models for accessing information technology governance, and we concluded our study referring to the importance of achieving information technology governance within organizations.
