الملخص
ملخص: تعتبر حرية الإعلام آلية لممارسة حرية الرأي و التعبير والتي بدورها تحمل عدة ضمانات للممارسة هذا المبدأ الدستوري من خلال توسيع نطاق ممارسة الأنشطة الإعلامية، و كذا الاعتماد على الإعلام الالكتروني، و كذلك حماية الصحفي من كل أشكال الممارسات التي تحد أو تمنع تحقيق هذا المبدأ، بإضافة إلى ذلك فإن هذا المبدأ لا يتحقق كاملا إذا لم يتم الاعتراف للأشخاص المتلقية للمعلومات و الأخبار الرد أو التعليق عنها، فحق الرد و التصحيح آليـة أخرى لتجسيد مبدأ حرية الرأي و التعبير ويكون وفق شروط و إجراءات قانونية محددة. Abstract: Media freedom is a mechanism for exercising freedom of opinion and expression, which in turn carries several guarantees for the exercise of this constitutional principle by expanding the scope of media activities, as well as relying on electronic media, as well as protecting the journalist from all forms of practices that limit or prevent the achievement of this principle, by adding In addition, this principle is not fully realized if the persons receiving information and news are not acknowledged to respond or comment on it. The right of reply and correction is another mechanism to embody the principle of freedom of opinion and expression, and it is in accordance with specific legal conditions and procedures.
